Anti-vibration boring bars and adaptors – stable up to L/D 14
A regular steel boring bar starts to chatter beyond about 4 × D. Our damped bars use a piston-and-cylinder mechanism filled with special fluid to absorb vibration, so you can run deeper, faster and hold tolerance.
